An image of my nephew when he was about four. It was a picture I had taken when we were all out at a creek in a park. I knew when I saw the image that I wanted to do it large.

This picture of my cousin originally started out as a study for a larger piece. The larger piece was going to be a combination of several images. I never really got that idea into a composition that I was happy with, but I did complete the study.
